Alex Lamond Nutrition is a specialised sports nutrition service supporting combat sport athletes through the pressures of training, weight cuts, and competition. The goal of this project was to create a brand that felt professional, approachable, and performance-focused, while standing apart from the aggressive, hyper-masculine aesthetic commonly seen in the combat sports space.

We developed a visual identity that reflects Alex’s evidence-based approach to fuelling athletes, positioning Alex Lamond Nutrition as a trusted sports dietitian for fighters who want to perform at their peak without the stress and dangers of generic nutrition advice. The brand balances strength with neutrality, allowing it to resonate with both male and female fighters while reinforcing trust, credibility, and clarity.
